Herroepingsknop
Herroepingsrecht bij online bestellingen via de webshop :
- Vul binnen 14 dagen na aankoop het contactformulier (onderaan de pagina ) in met het ordernummer van de bestelling en naam en emailadres.
- U ontvangt een mail met een bevestiging van de herroeping / annulering.
- Indien het product nog niet is verstuurd wordt de betaling binnen 14 dagen geretourneerd en ontvangt u hiervan een bevestigingsmail.
- Als het product al verzonden is wordt de betaling geretourneerd binnen 14 dagen nadat het product in ongebruikte en onbeschadigde staat is geretourneerd.
- Verzendkosten voor het retourneren zijn voor rekening van de koper.
Right of withdrawal for online orders via the webshop :
- Fill in the contact form ( at the bottem of the page ) within 14 days of purchase and fill in the order number , your name and email address.
- You will receive an email confirming the withdrawal / cancellation.
- If the product not yet has been shipped the payment will be refunded within 14 days and you will receive a confirmation email regarding this.
- If the product already has been shipped , the payment will be refunded within 14 days after the product was returned in unused and undamaged condition.
- Shipping costs for returning the purchase are the responsibility of the buyer.
